-only provide basic benefits -wide salary range, people recruited with one month difference could result in huge salary difference -no work life balance, supervisors keep disturbing you on public holidays, weekends and even mc -no respect from management to regular employees, talk to employees like we are their slaves -need to cover everything even tiny and frustrating things that are not even related to our jobscope -not mature SOP and system, even supervisors don’t know how to deal with certain issues, SOP only gives limitations and delays not solutions -supervisor lack of experience, they can’t lead you or guide you, they will only questioning you -
