Pros
Great health insurance, a free lawyer while you're employed, and casual dress code
Cons
EVO is a company with no clear vision. They tell you it's Get. Grow. Keep. But put forth no effort to actually do any of those things. Management is tactless, untrained, and everyone knows when they've targeted an employee for termination. They openly admit to retaliatory coaching during write ups, and get into arguments with employees on the floor. They are disrespectful to employees on extended medical leave, and let people take their personal property because "as far as their concerned, the employee isn't coming back" to almost directly quote a supervisor. They allow reps to get away with everything until the targeted, too. There is no accountability, no discipline, and it's a very toxic environment. In the last three months we've lost more reps than we've brought in, and they all left over stress and the management team. Worst of all, this is the environment that all the higher ups support. They allow this. HR turns a blind eye, and as long as they're promised a bigger profit, better looking numbers, the directors don't care. They trick their customers into paying for brand new products, and reward employees with monetary gains for doing so. They'll tell you the money is just to promote their Value Added Sales directive, and to encourage resolving issues. But there is no discipline for unethical sales tactics. Employees openly brag about disabling client products to force them to buy new products, even though their current products still work. To summarize, EVO's concerns are not the clients or the non-supervisory roles. It's just the bottom line and making sure their managers are cozy.
