I have been with EVCO for almost 6 years now and as cliché as it may sound, I can say I still wake up every day excited to report to work. I guess it is easy to feel that way when you love what you do and you love the qualities of the people you work with. We work and gel so well because have respect for one another, always embracing individuality and differences. I have been in the industry for 15 years and nothing compares to EVCO’s customer service. We are taking empathy to the next level. We not only understand and share the feelings of our customers but we make our customers’ problems our problems that’s why we are always eager to find solutions. We may be a small company but we make big changes in the game, constantly developing and innovating to make our customers happy. And finally, all efforts put to this company never go unnoticed. EVCO celebrates even the smallest of wins and always takes time to look back and congratulate each other on the progress we have all achieved. Yes, there’s no (work)place I’d rather be. Go EVCO!

EVCO Insurance Services is a precious employer. They promote values, respect, work ethics, knowledge and skills. They allow employees to take vacations to have a balance between family/personal life and work. The brokers are subject-matter experts and always willing to help us resolve escalated issues. They also give us opportunities to grow and make decisions on our own based on the Company’s mission and vision. Co-workers are very approachable and understanding. EVCO is not just a company; it is my Family.
