Whilst I appreciate that every company exists to make a profit, EtQ changed it's culture from focus on employees and customers to just focusing on utilization and revenue.
The executive management have total disregard for employees and customers alike and are happy to lie to both just to ensure they achieve their revenue targets.
Senior managers that have been around a long time just shut up and put up or they are next out the door. A lot of them have already mentally 'checked-out'.
Firing senior employees in the New York office (Marketing, Finance etc) was a major mistake as they are the ones that started the company and made it very successful prior to the take over.
The Tuscon and EMEA offices are probably next on the 'closure' hit list as everything is focused on Boston to suit the new CEO and his cronies which is a very short sighted strategy.
