Pros
Relative high salary for the position. Profit share. There are genuinely passionate and qualified talent in the organisation - the sooner that they are promoted and replace the current management the better I'm sure if you work in sales or departments that are seen to provide great revenue in for the company, that it is an enjoyable place to work... this is speculation, as I wouldn't know.
Cons
Severe lack of support from management. Training not seen as a valid or important aspect of the company (as evident by the fact that they were 'left off' the organisational structure chart - and took over a month to be told "approximately" where the team "would likely" fit). Senior management (two of those with Chief in the position title) under-appreciate, belittle and I would label borderline-bully staff. Incredibly poor on-boarding practises. Little/no support to new employees. Despite showing email trails and tangible evidence to support "my side", management choose to ignore and push that the "understanding" of the "other side" was more valid and correct - without being able to provide anything to support their claims. Management chose to ambush a meeting with me to discuss this, starting the meeting about something else, but not giving me any pre-warning - poor personal management. Fake deadlines and "clients" suddenly being created to rush projects and work. Lack of concern or care for employees. Unequal approach to 'work from home' policy, and time in lieu. I spent my own $$$ to purchase resources. The lack of support and behaviour of management directly contributed negatively to my mental health - I have resigned without any clear/stable future job prospects - getting out was more important.
