Blame game everywhere - Anonymous employee ERNI Employee Review

Gossip is everywhere, from colleagues to sales, and managers. When something goes wrong, they’re quick to blame the team. Sales and management overpromise clients just to close deals, then leave the mess to delivery. I was invited to few sales meetings and I get suprise on the white lies just to win the client (overbloating team size, project status, industry exposure, commitment and level of employees). I was also introduce as an architect and I got anxious since I am only starting up. No accountability at the top, but all the blame falls on the people doing the real work.
