      A challenging project, great people, Swiss top-level management, Switzerland business trips

      Cons

      No transparency in the management decisions, no long term projects in some of the departments, no clear future outlook, bad office space, no real company culture in the Cluj office

      Pros

      Invests in employees. Provides trainings, and follows industry standards.

      Cons

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
