      Pros

      They take care of your professional goals, take into account if you want to change projects, home office, they receive and analize all the suggestions you send. If they lose a project they realocate you to another one. They care about their employees.

      Cons

      The selection process was too long - too many calls

      Pros

      Invests in employees. Provides trainings, and follows industry standards.

      Cons

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
