      I enjoyed the continuous training in both soft and technical skills, through workshops, service@work meetings and weekend campus.

      Cons

      Management is not always aware of taking care of some of the developer needs: new challenges, project change...

      Pros

      Invests in employees. Provides trainings, and follows industry standards.

      Cons

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
