Working at EPC - Anonymous employee EPC Energy Services Employee Review

I love the flexibility, empathy, and structure of this company. My boss gives me opportunities to participate, be heard, and ideas implemented. I feel like I am apart of a company this is really going to be success and because of that I will be as well.

Some people in the company have a hard time joining the vision of where the company is going and show negative behavior.

This company cares about their employees - very flexible and comfortable. Fun and exciting ups and downs that makes EPC an enjoyable place to work. Most people are kind and a couple not so much. Overall, I always know where I stand with my boss and I am very appreciated.

Other people are not so kind and tend to be unattached to the company;s goals and vision. I imagine this is the case of every place of business however, a couple are more difficult to understand and work with.
