Pros

There is nothing good working for the country.Work there at your own risk and if only you are desperate for a job.

Cons

Working environment is very toxic with the country director insulting employees. The management has been resigning due to the unprofessionalism of the country director which is scary for the junior staff The values of the company are not practiced with the current Country Director making all decisions which are very poor. The Country Director operates daily with threats of dismissal

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
