Pros

None. That is zero, zip, zilch, nada, 0!

Cons

Completely incompetent management, discriminatory practices when it comes to hours, wages, vacation time, or anuthing really. Honestly its horrible. Management bullies specific employees over nonsensical issues that they have no power over and then change procedures on what seems like a weekly basis in order to find more problems with them. Want ramadan off? Sure take the whole month! You want to spend christmas with your family? Not gonna happen. Yearly pay increases? Non existent. Want to speak with HR? Good luck getting through and when you do youre getting fired because our privacy policy doesnt exist either. It is a culture of parasitic, unethical practices that should not be tolerated.

At ENGIE, transparency and fairness in rewards are essential priorities, and we are glad that our employees know and understand the elements of their compensation through our pay transparency policy. We also take your comments regarding the competitiveness of the bonus payout structure seriously. Your feedback is highly valuable as we regularly analyze our compensation programs to remain competitive within the industry. Sincerely, The ENGIE Team

Pros

Great company culture, everyone (or almost everyone) genuinely wants to help.

Cons

The culture of 'niceness' is not consistent across board. The French people within the organization have this sense of superiority.
