      Management very transparent with their goals and their intentions. Very good work environment with the open style of communication for all employees.

      Cons

      Management picks favorites and it is very obvious. They need to look at all employees and not just the top performers or friends of the management.

      The team smiles daily in processing because they get free lunch often .

      Cons

      Not able to keep borrowers waiting around while their work load is so high . Do not let processors run the show .
