Pros
-If they actually give you hours, it works based on your time, so it's very flexible. -The check clears -Looks good on a resume -They provide you with your uniform for free, and honestly? It's a nice shirt.
Cons
-Expect many communications outside of hours, often requesting your presence on-site with less than 24 hours notice, sometimes "ASAP" (read: within an hour or they dont want you there), which is frankly ridiculous. -Unsecure handling of sensitive material (sent my W2 over a random email like it was nothing, after I specifically requested it be mailed physically) -Lack of consistency -Lackluster pay -Recently requested that employees upvote them on multiple platforms, which is incredibly unprofessional (Also, sending this at 11pm? Seriously?) -Any upward mobility has a lot more duties and not a lot more pay -No benefits -If you're lucky enough to work a desk job at the main office, you'll soon find its temperature control isn't great, which in California can be kind of an issue.
