Pros
I joined EGGER over 1 and half years ago as one of their 1st US hires, almost at the very start of their operations in the US. Our product designs are cutting edge, of the highest quality, and manufactured using state of the art processes. Opportunities with EGGER not only in Lexington but globally, abound and getting in on the ground floor of their US operations has been an incredible opportunity. I have been given additional responsibilities since joining EGGER which have helped in my professional development and allowed me to be considered for other EGGER opportunities. EGGER's commitment to their team members is demonstrated not only through words and actions but financially through our Apprenticeship Program as well as the continued investment in the Linwood manufacturing plant. In speaking with other EGGER team members in in the US and abroad, a common theme is that "no one ever retires from EGGER" which is a testament to EGGER's commitment to our team members and outstanding work environment. As a seasoned professional, I've worked for numerous multinational corporations and EGGER, by far, has treated me with the highest levels of professionalism and respect.
Cons
