- Interract with kids and teacher which is fun things to do for me - Learn new things how to handle and manage parents and from group range of child untill teenanger - Supportive senior teacher - This position require you to have sales background foundation rather than teaching assistance, you also should have ability to overcome critical comments from parents of the child and became mediators for the teacher
Cons
- No overtime payment - The big boss who own the several branch EF centers only think about profit over new employees development, time and energy. She is show off during her inspection time visiting the centers always wear high end brand LV, Channel etc.
