      EDP Renewables has an excellent environment with a great work-life balance. Everyone at EDPR is dedicated to the mission and values of the company.

      Cons

      The company's growth is extremely aggressive at the cost of employee bonuses. Management continues to make extremely lofty KPI goals that are nearly unobtainable, resulting in the company being extremely competitive but always negatively affecting employee bonuses.

      Pros

      Good Work Life Balance. Work From Home 2days. Do your work and contributed and you will be rewarded. Depending on your manager, you get a chance to present in front of execs. Large amount of room to grow your career due to the large amount asset in the fleet and what you want to work on and learn.

      Cons

      Management is somewhat clear on yearly goals. HR can take a while to respond to questions. Some restructuring this past year but seems to me leveling out. Limited managerial positions after restructuring.
