Pros
There was a time when the company was very focussed on gaining and retaining employees. People were treated well and engaged with the company vision and overall direction.
Cons
The strategy roadmap is all over the place. There is a small group who drives the direction of the company, and they are changing their minds all the time. As soon as a decision is made and relayed to the customer, it completely changes. This shows instability in the marketplace, and the customers begin to lose faith in what they're being told. Significant, rapid growth is really the only current objective. The company is being positioned for sale, and large growth by any means possible is the only, short-term objective.
