Engineer - Software Engineer E46 Media Employee Review

E46 Media has allowed me to voice my analysis and opinions. Because I enjoy real estate side of the business, and real estate is a very personal business, it's been enjoyable to work here since they allow me to be who I am. Of course, you have to get your work done at a high level, that's what they measure you on.

I think the pay scale could be more competitive to what the overall market offers. And, some of the software suite tools they use could be better.

Strong company values all around which is rare for a company nowadays. They also value your individuality and make sure to get to know you as a person. Additionally, leadership is strong and looks for ways to improve and grow the business with no agenda (again, rare).

I'd say compensation could be a little better, but it's a small company, so I understand. They do what they can to create a fun and trusting environment, though.
