Had diverse group of talented people and a great culture until PE firm forced change
Cons
One of the founders did all the work while the other did nothing but play. Founders lacked transparency. Sold out to an underinformed PE firm in 2018 who expected much more than the actually bought. New General Manager was much more transparent and inclusive but couldn't get support needed from anyone at the top. Over time the company became focused solely on making money which created enormous tension and stole the best things about the company
