Strong leadership from middle to top, solid training department, entrepreneurial, and an excellent human resources department. People work hard but are treated fairly. Compensation is average but there were some performance incentives

The business is very regulated by Federal and State legislation and growth seems to be a struggle. Some entrenched management preventing talent from shining.
