Pros

Majority of the people working here are generally nice people. They work hard.

Cons

Sadly, ownership and management leaves a lot to be desired. The upper management is a joke, they treat people like they are all replaceable. Salaries are paid late for Turkey and Pakistan. Lot of daycare drama behind the scenes. The different C-level people have absolutely no clue on how to sell or expand their customers, they argue and yell. It truly is a micromanagement culture. HR is immature as a department.

Pros

The company has an incredibly positive and empathetic culture. Even working remotely, you genuinely feel part of the team. I really appreciated that during the hiring process they focused not only on my skills but also on who I am as a person. Everyone listens, values your opinion, and is open to new ideas, It’s rare to find a company that truly listens and gives you space to grow.

Cons

As a remote company, some traditional benefits (like work equipment or gym memberships aren’t available). Sometimes things can move very fast since the company is growing, but thanks to the great communication within the team, everything gets solved smoothly.

Pros

D·engage is a rapidly scaling SaaS company, which creates strong exposure to cross-functional work. The Technical Support Team and Customer Success Team are collaborative when it comes to solving complex client cases. Remote work flexibility is real, not occasional. High-growth culture, rapid iteration, and learning options through internal training programs .

Cons

Some processes are still evolving due to fast growth.
