Pros
Work-life balance is highly skewed. Leaving office on time is usually looked upon as a lack of commitment, instead of unprofessional.
Salary Hike is practically negligible. you will be offered a raise in stock options instead, which are actually fake.
No employee policies at all, for anything.
Sometimes, no water in the toilets too.
you need to be willing to work on public holidays and sometimes even on sundays, no tea on that day too and still, your work wont be appreciated, you can be denied a comp off.
work goals not so clear, can change as per the priority, then you have to leave your work halfway, do the priority task first. and as soon as you finish the priority task, you will be shouted upon, why you didnt complete your earlier task first.
you cant have a career security here, because anyone is fired when no longer needed, giving very silly reasons.
(the top level management will mentally harass you so much, that you will feel the need to resign, when they are done with you. They will make you work like animals and point out every smallest mistake of yours so that you feel guilty during your notice period)
Cons
very rude management.
hardly 1.5 days leave a month and that too isn't given to you at time of need (practically useless).
cant look to be here on a long term.
if employees are treated better, they will work more than they should, on thier own, but not by the way you currently make them do, by installing cameras at nearly every corner of a team's working area .
