I have a great GM so we work really well together

barely any support from upper management and they have unrealistic KPI goals. When you try to fix it they get upset its a lose lose

Pay, coworkers, overall ambience, schedules

Coworkers and even customers seem too lax, compared to management. Management constantly overlooks any concerns or inquiries from regular employees, seeking only to improve their sales.
