      Unlimited positive energy, if you are someone who can thrive off of the energy of someone else, this work is good for you.

      Cons

      Honestly, you have to be an extrovert - it is hard to be a quiet introvert to be successful at this job, especiallyy when customers expect an upbeat positibe attitude when they get to the window.

      I loved my experience working at Dutch bros. It was fast paced and I truly enjoyed my coworkers

      They really engrave the point of talking to people constantly. It can be exhausting and stressful

      Some cool merch and the low-level employees really care about culture and making it a good place to work

      Cons

      They churn and burn through employees at HQ without batting an eye. It's disappointing that they don't live up to their pillars of "radiate kindness and treat everyone with respect"
