fun work environment, ability to create relationships with coworkers, ability to create relationships with customers, free drinks on shift and one free drink when off shift, flexibility with work schedule, opportunities for internal promotion, tuition/school expense reimbursement/scholarship program.
Cons
messy and sticky job (you WILL get your hands dirty!), pay raise when promoted is minimal and not necessarily equivalent to increased work/expectations
