Great first job, depending on your hours was relatively slow and nice.

Cons

Is somewhat cramped and during the extreme cold and heat the ac would sometimes break and it was terrible

And yes, many of our shops are intentionally small, which means space can be limited and teamwork is essential. I loved my experience working at Dutch bros. It was fast paced and I truly enjoyed my coworkers

They really engrave the point of talking to people constantly. It can be exhausting and stressful

Some cool merch and the low-level employees really care about culture and making it a good place to work

Cons

They churn and burn through employees at HQ without batting an eye. It's disappointing that they don't live up to their pillars of "radiate kindness and treat everyone with respect"
