Pros

The hours are consistent. The HR department is friendly enough.

Cons

I've never worked at a place with such a lack of respect for it's employees. They hand out hollow rewards to try and supplement for the criminally low wage they pay their workers. They ask for too much, and even when you're working hard, they consistently push. The place is a revolving door of people. They can't keep any workers there because of terrible management and lack of insensitive to stay. Most people quit within a month, some don't last a day. Don't work here unless you're really strapped for cash.

Pros

Low noise. Air conditoned, heated, indoors. Employees are good to work with.

Cons

Company hires many people, only to terminate them 1 month later. Management blames hiring and terminations on not having a crystal ball and that their orders are seasonal. They make furnace filters, not harvesting perishable foods. New employees must work 3 months straight to pass probationary period, and if terminated and called back, employees start their 3 month period at beginning. New employees rarely get past peobationary period before getting terminated. They give letters to employees saying their empmoyment is terminated, but may call you back. Not sure why they didnt say laid off instead of terminated. Basically they exploit workers and have no plans on allowing people to achieve 6 months employment when benefits kick in.
