Pros

Some lovely staff, nice coffee machine

Cons

The managers walk around barefoot so the office stinks of sweat. Disgusting. They manage their company terribly and drink on the job. Customers are waiting weeks to even be responded to. I was fired for two incidents. 1. I was 4 minutes late once due to bus strikes and then had a conversation with the new starters as I wanted them to feel welcomed. A typical grace period is to allow employees 5-7 minutes of lateness but clearly the management team are uneducated regarding this. 2. I apparently reacted negatively to something said during training even though all the girls I was trained with reacted the same as me and said I did not appear to have a negative attitude. May I add that another of the new girls was very late on her first day and half an hour late yesterday, yet she didn’t get reprimanded. Terrible place to work, STAY AWAY. If I could leave zero stars then I would!!! If you have a degree then go and do something better and make the most of your brain because the tasks are mind numbing <3 xx I will be rereading my contract to determine if I can bring any legal claim here for wrong dismissal. You simply cannot treat one employee different from another.

Pros

the only pro is i left that place without being sectioned.

Cons

Where do i start. The major con is that it’s cliquey. A team member made a homophobic joke to get a cheap laugh whilst no one around did anything because they found it funny. No training plan. Never have i cried in the bathroom of a job because of the sheer disrespect of the staff but this became a regular occurrence in my tenure here. It seems the staff didn’t like anyone who was different to them so i was instantly singled out. My boss tried to tell me i was paid to do a senior role but it was the lowest i had ever been paid in my career and it was not an entry level position…

Pros

Social team, staff events regularly, nice office environment

Cons

This is a call centre job disguised as customer service. I was hired pretty quickly, then realised this job wasn’t what I had signed up for at all. Typical day would be sat on calls for 7.5 hours a day, with policies that had no interest in actually helping the customers. Most customers were rude and unhappy by the service and we often had no visibility on the issues or had any way of fixing them so we would just take all the aggression and have to wait for someone else to resolve it. Management team are good but have little to do with CSEs, and it did often feel cliquey. Would not recommend this job to anyone.
