Selfish, controling, male orientated. Religious biased,female inequality. Gender favoritized to the male salesmen even tho the female sales team carry the brunt of the income to the store. Owner has a nepolitan complex. Rude to women employees, degrading to them,harsh, yells at them, unprovoked moments of rage they must tolerate to keep their job. Degrades them in front of coworkers and customers alike, similar, no not similar identical to son, in Miami store.
