Pressured to pressure clients into sales/appts Boss is a huge bully Always reminded that you are replaceable Old contacts were given which resulted in no commission Terrible environment Blamed company's short comings on employees Nothing you do is right

Pros

Great way of learning business skills, sales skills, and hard work ethic while making money. I worked there in 2011 but Glassdoor didn’t allow me to select prior to 2020

Cons

It requires hard work. This is a great first-job for future millionaires, as it teaches sales, people skills, business skills, grit etc. It’s a terrible job for people who lack motivation and feel the need to be coddled
