Good place as a junior - Internship Dragonfly Employee Review

Very steep learning curve. Bosses assignments are usually impromptu. Great opportunities to pick up new stuff.

Must work very hard. Must complete tasks within short notice.

> Really good place to start career if you can handle the hours (was my first job, stayed 3 years) > Opportunities to work directly with brilliant partners (not always available in a company like MCK, Bain or BCG) > Exposure to interesting real-life problems from diverse set of well-known clients immediately, but always supported by partners > Some travel to clients in region (more interesting work) > Mentorship from partners (graduated top 5% of university, but realized I had so much more to learn in this job) > Smart colleagues and interns who remain great friends until today

> Long working hours demanded by the work > Uncertain about career prospects for experienced management consultants (more senior lateral hires, not relevant during my tenure) although Dragonfly is a really good place to start career if you know exactly what you want out of it and willing to put in hours
