Pros
good if you're not a professional and looking for survival means
Cons
-Very toxic - They are micromanaging employees like security managers and the guards -The office is filled up with family members who earn better than professionals. -Unrealistic pressure. -Poor salary scales while too many delegations -Long working hours than normal Kenyan working hours -Employees are treated like slaves or rather prisoners once they're in, e.g. no visiting outside even for breakfast or lunch. -Threats are every now and then. You will work when already seeing your termination within one month of your stay. You have to state reasons why you are taking your entitled leaves. -You must attend assemblies every day where you will frequently face quarrels with the bosses. -Many more bad experiences there. I must repeat it's hell there bro for those who have started walking their career journeys. Thus, don't go there if you want to grow your career.
