Flexible scheduling (will work around your schooling) CEO is a great guy just needs to change up management Other employees are great people
Cons
Management needs to trust employees more. Management also micro manages. constantly watching employees on cameras. they haven't been in any hurry to put cameras watching customer vehicles or sales vehicles all the cameras they have are watching the employees. Also nepotism is a big deal here, if you want to make it at this company you'd better be related to someone high up or you're most likely not going to go far at all. Management doesn't seem to want to spend any money to help employees complete their job properly when tools ware out (unless they have a warranty you might as well find a way around using that tool because chances are it wont be replaced in a timely manner or at all. They hand out write ups for little things that could use a verbal warning. If i knew what i know now when i applied for my job here i would have skipped over it completely.
