      Pros

      - Competitive base salary - Work life balance is unrivalled - 100% remote working - Every employee is empowered to do great work - Work with some really interesting clients - Very knowledgeable colleagues Company is moving in a really exciting direction and there's a real buzz about what is to come!

      Cons

      Not necessarily a "con" but the company is at a stage in it's growth where a lot of new processes are still being defined and implemented. It's important to be able to embrace change and adapt quickly - which Dotfive are proving they can do effectively!

      There are no pros to this company, would give it zero stars if I could

      An ingrained culture of bullying and belittling. The CEO is an unpleasant character, and no one will stand up to him. There is always someone within the company who is the current 'target', this person will be fired and their reputation dragged through the mud, At which point a new person will become a target and the process starts again. There are odd processes in place that make no sense to anyone, a lot of in house systems that are not fit for purpose, but everyone is made to use them No doubt there will be a reply questioning my integrity, which is absolutely impeccable.
