Pros
I bet any honest person who has worked/interviewed with this company will not be able to find any pros. One star rating is too much for this company. Had there been an option to rate "ZERO" many including me would have rated it.
Cons
Cons list can get endless. The management is inhuman who treat employees as bonded laborers. They pay you 1x for 10x amount of work. And, the project they get is very cheap. The attrition rate is very high hence, they have openings going on 365 days a year. I have seen people joining & leaving the company in a few weeks to months. One can see many positive reviews in Google & don't get carried away by them because they are completely false.
