Pros
In my immediate team my direct manager and my managers boss were very accommodating flexible and understanding. They wanted to see you grow and develop as a professional. But I can only speak for the accounting team and I know that my experience paled in comparison to what other departments go through as you can read below.
Cons
Ultimately though the directions of the company was out of their hands and the pressures of said direction made it's way into our team dynamic and gave me a glimpse first hand of the whispers I'd heard about. I personally raised concerns during one of the company wide meetings about the new shift in the company and the discrepancy in how the heads of the company thought it was supposed to be going vs how it was actually going. To which the head of the company said sounded like a bunch of excuses. It wasn't excuses, it was a real assessment of the situation that was unfolding in front of them. Which has cumulated months later in the form of turnover and bashing reviews from former employees that are all saying the same thing from various departments. After the meeting where I raised the concern a lot of employees reached out thanking me for speaking up because they felt the same way. I think my review and the one from September 9th 2025 are the most unbiased and honest review of this company. This isnt a dominion financial problem this is just how corporate growth goes can't take it personal just gotta hunker down through the storm or find a company thats done going through extreme overnight changes.
