Questionable Policies, Engineering work only applies to outdated systems, with lots of Presentee Syndrome. Moving upwards only feels like more work and does not allow you to learn new skills unless relevant to the position. Also, very tedious work layered with outdated systems that make work procedures ridiculous at times. If you're behind for one moment, it's the greatest uphill battle of all time.
