Stable and fairly low stress position for the majority of the time.
Cons
Tons of overtime. Constantly shifting priorities, lack of communication from management and from other departments. No real career growth opportunities or modern technical skills in use. Likely a very stable job long term but also an industry that will be hard to pivot from.
