The goal of the company is one that really helps people. It is a necessary product even though viewed as predatory. Majority of time at the organization was wonderful. Great organization for Canadian workers.

CEO role was moved to Canada and with that the concern and respect for US employees was diminished and US employees were devalued and pushed out for no reason except being American.
