Pros

You get to work from home as a corporate employee.

Cons

Extreme micro management from Chief Operations Officer who thinks to be an expert in all things. Gross incompetence from Chief Training Officer who holds the position because of nepotism. The CEO does not know thing one about running a business and has the COO do it instead. The CFO is probably the most qualified person holding a C-suite position, but frequently rubs just about everyone the wrong way with extremely poor soft skills. The CFO is also in an on-again, off-again romantic relationship with the CTO. There is only opportunity here for persons whom the top brass personally know, however this brand will not last long enough make any positive turn-around with the way things are currently run by the people steering this sinking ship.

Pros

The team is supportive and collaborative with each department, they care deeply about assisting the franchisees, and have a great foundation to continue to grow off of.

Cons

There was multiple change in CEO's within a 6 month period after some disagreements from the board. This created a lot of miscommunication during that time. However it ultimately led to having the right person at the helm.

Pros

The franchisees and many of the corporate team members care deeply about the mission and work to make a positive impact

Cons

The franchisees are great dog trainers. Corporate is a different story. Owners of the company are constantly at war with each other. New leadership took over in 2025 and it's a circus. The CEO is unfit and unqualified, knows nothing of running a large business, he has called the current CFO slurs in the past and still brought her back on to the corporate team. The CTO is a nepotism hire that is somehow on payroll despite minimal corporate function, if any. The CFO is great at accounts receivable but rude, combative, and consistently hurts vendor relationships. The COO micro manages, wastes time talking in circles in meetings, and worst of all lacks social awareness and is consistently mocking employees mental health conditions. The external HR team hired by the leadership is just as messy. They kick note takers and constantly ask if meetings are being recorded before they share any information. They are shady and immoral. I would not recommend working here under any circumstances.
