No weekends no call except call back for emergencies, great OR team, not micromanaged

Not a lot of room to move up, small facility, lack of communication through out

Friendly work environment, laid back in a good way. Open door policy really is a thing here. Management cares, and they and coworkers make an effort to be flexible. Focus is making the patients happy. Perfect place to settle in long term. Lots of company wide activities throughout the year to encourage teamwork and have a little fun.

There is really no opportunities for advancement, as it is a small rural area hospital.
