You will learn a lot and will do great technological things. They are not scared about developing new stuffs and try technologies. People is very open minded and are always helping, teaching and sharing their knowledge. Agile atmosphere and working philosophy is real.
Cons
Sometimes agile become a bit chaotic but teams learn from errors and solve these problems fast
