Pros
The fact you can take your break and/or lunch at anytime as long as everyone agrees. But you are the low man on the totem pole so other could just over rule your ask.
Cons
There are to many cons to write here. The boss doesn't get up from his desk unless its to feed or walk his dog. The other 2 employees are there to make a show for the bosses instead of working properly. The stock is in alphabetical order which is crazy when you have 2 parts next to each other and the only difference is 1 letter. I can go on and on.
