The Lease Administration team is adequately staffed with seasoned Lease Analysts/Administrators, and team members support each other by collaborating in a friendly and professional manner. The Director of Lease Administration demonstrates extensive knowledge, integrity, and a commitment to professional development. The Director also encourages high standards of work while providing invaluable support and guidance, creating a culture where I feel comfortable to ask for assistance. During my first week of employment, I received comprehensive training at the Virginia Beach head office, which set a strong foundation for my role. Ongoing training opportunities are available to me, further enhancing my skills and capabilities.
Some notable aspects of my experience include competitive compensation, early Friday departures during summer hours, supportive leadership and a flexible schedule that accommodates personal needs, within reason.
