Love working here due to great coworkers, flexible scheduling, and consistent business

Seniority system is terrible and provides limited upward mobility, but even so you can still make more than you’d make most other places around here

Server staff is great. Great culture.

Management treats employees badly and if you're new you won't make any money. They will train you for lunch and wait to train you for dinner. Might hire you as a server and put you somewhere else with the promise of making you a server in the future. Expect to walk out of lunch shifts with $10-$30. Sometimes $0. Not exaggerating. Tip out is insane. Four table section that hardly ever fills up anyways... you will have shifts where you only have one or two tables. management stands around gossiping in the corner while everyone else runs around. Not to mention male managers are weird with female employees. Ruins team morale. Nobody is happy there. Also don't expect to get a break if you work a double. 12 hour shifts sometimes with no breaks. Managers disappear off the floor for long periods of time in parking garage.
