Stressful work environment, especially considering the compensation. Management is dogmatic with business and training ideology and worships negative feedback to a fault. They want a particular personality for their trainers, and their strategy to get it is "hire fast, fire often", despite claiming they will take/keep anyone that fits their core values. Most clients are returning customers and they tend to prefer the veteran trainers - this is normal in training but creates an awkward dynamic when trainers share clients.
Pay is per session completed. Some paychecks are big, but it difficult to budget especially if you aren't single. Not recommended as a job for primary earners.
