Cons
A lot of the TL's are young very big headed and do not know what they are doing. It is a lot of moving around there as far as supervisors which means growth but when you are giving positions away to 20 yr olds I just feel like they need more experience for who they choose for the roles there. DO NOT PUT YOUR 2 WEEKS IN THEY SAY THEY WILL LET GO OF YOU IMMED. THEN SAY THEY WILL PAY YOU FOR THE 2 WEEKS.
