      - High usage is made of you that nullifies the balance work/life - A very White environment with a village mentality where non-UK people are treated as second class citizens - management does not know how to motivate people and are micro-managing you

      One of the executives was just not a good person. It might be a much better place because that executive is no longer with the firm.
