I've been working at DGW (San Jose, CA) since the company started. Here are some pros from my experience: 1. High Payout: The company pays you more, more than you can expect from your self. 2. Creative Work space: I'd rate DGW as one of the most creative companies ever. Ideas, innovation are all a part where this company invests heavily. 3. Overseas opportunities: We have a lot of people working in the California branch who have been transferred from Indore Headquarters, I've experienced the multicultural environment here. 4. Less Working Hours: Reach office by 10 AM, the company grants a break of an hour from 2-3 PM, then leave at 5 PM, On Fridays, you get a leave on 3 PM. Saturdays and Sundays remain closed (of course), same schedule for both San Jose branch and Indore (India) HQ. 5. Friendly work environment

1. Very hard recruitment process: A job applicant needs to go through 5 levels/steps during his recruitment at the company. Most of the applicants get eliminated by 3rd or 4th round. It's really hard to get into the company. 2. Exhausting job for the support team: That's true, the people at the E-mail support get exhausted in hours, thousands of Emails transact through everyday, whilst each of them is given special attention.
